The 43rd National Youth Olympiad in Informatics (CCF NOI 2026) was held from July 18 to 24 at Chengyang No. 1 Senior High School in Qingdao, Shandong Province. RDFZ won 3 gold medals and 4 silver medals. The next edition will be hosted by RDFZ; Principal Mi Qi stated that the school will build an even higher-level platform for exchange and competition, advancing the continued development of the informatics olympiad cause.

The competition brought together teachers and students from 32 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country. After two rounds of testing, RDFZ students overcame challenges and competed with composure. Peng Yichen, Liu Hongqian, Shao Minkai, Wang Zhaoyuan, Zheng Hongyi, Wang Zicheng, and Wang Siyuan collectively won 3 gold and 4 silver medals, setting a historic best result for RDFZ. To date, four students from the Class of 2024 — Wang Zicheng, Peng Yichen, Liu Hongqian, and Shao Minkai — have been successively selected for the national training squad. Two junior high school participants also achieved scores at the silver medal threshold.
