RDFZ Official Website News — On the morning of April 1, at 9:30 a.m., Principal Liu Pengzhi and Principal Zhai Xiaoning of the High School Affiliated with Renmin University of China (RDFZ) warmly received the members of the visiting delegation from Brentwood School, USA. They fully affirmed the friendly relationship between the two schools and expressed their hope that future inter-school communication would promote exchanges and integration between the campus cultures of China and the United States.
The Brentwood School visiting group consisted of 66 people in total, including 38 students, two principals, and two teachers. Their itinerary for this visit to China was full and enriching; after visiting the vibrant metropolises of Shanghai, Wuxi, and Xi'an, they chose Beijing as the final destination of their trip. They noted that coming to Beijing for educational purposes without visiting RDFZ would be a source of regret.
The school also attached great importance to the arrival of the Brentwood visiting group. Principals Liu Pengzhi and Zhai Xiaoning personally arranged the process of the meeting activities. Both sides began with a lively review of the history of interactions between the two schools, with the growth stories of one student after another attesting to the efforts the schools had made for their development. Principal Liu Pengzhi had a deep impression of the basic circumstances of each student mentioned; she patiently analyzed the characteristics of each one, and in the eyes of this warm-hearted principal, every student's strengths and weaknesses were unique — just as she has always emphasized: respecting the individuality of every student and giving prominence to the development of every student's particular strengths.
